It outlines the information we collect during your use of the Services and how we use it. Your use of the Site and Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

This policy does not apply to third-party services, sponsors, advertisers, or partners that may collect information during your use of their services. Please review their privacy policies to understand their practices.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the changes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes, we will notify you via email or post a notice on our website. Please review this policy regularly. Terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Use.

1. TYPES OF DATA & COLLECTION METHODS

All collected data is actively submitted by you through the applicable Service.

Forms, Help Requests, and Registrations: When you request information or interact with customer service, we may collect data such as your name, email, mailing address, phone number, and details related to your inquiry.

Updating or Removing Personal Information: To correct, update, or remove your Personal Information (e.g., a changed zip code), contact us at info@wantlocker.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Please note that limiting the information you offer to provide may impact Locker’s ability to provide certain Services to you.

If you would like to delete your Locker account, you can always ask us by emailing info@wantlocker.com.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws:

Residents of the EEA and UK: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information, as well as the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.

Residents of Canada: You have the right to access your Personal Information and request corrections if necessary. You may also withdraw consent for the processing of your Personal Information at any time.

Residents of Australia: You have the right to request access to and correction of your Personal Information. Complaints regarding our handling of your Personal Information can be directed to info@wantlocker.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

12. POLICIES FOR KIDS (INDIVIDUALS UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE)

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 in the United States. In Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, the Services are not intended for users under the age of 16 without parental consent.

If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the applicable minimum age without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
